Shell Cordovan Full Wing-Tip Brogue Oxford
    Circa 1960

Silk Label was one of the 200-plus American shoemakers that succumbed over the years to cheap foreign competition, and one of the ones most missed. However, judging from the present pair of shoes, this shoemaker took great pride in product and spared no expense in materials or processes; this is a great shoe and one that can be compared to the very best American or English shoemakers products of the 20th century. You will be wearing this Goodyear welted, storm-welted pair long after you have walked out of several other pairs of less substantial shoes.

Colour: All leather has a tendency to darken from polishimg, over time, and cordovan is no exception. To preserve the lovely rich patina of this particular pair, use a neutral or light coloured polish

Postage: Innerhalb Deutschlands Euro 6,90; France Euro 14,20; Japan and the Far East Euro 22,10…US$14.
