    Keith Highlander hat exzellente Qualitäts-Schuhe gearbeitet, denen von Hanover, Nettleton und Florsheim durchaus ähnlich….eine wichtige und einflussreiche Firma in der Geschichte amerikanischer Schuhmacherkunst.

    Dieses antike Paar von Highlander ist aus Scotch-Grain-Kalbsleder gearbeitet, rahmengenäht mit Storm Welt (360 degree split-reverse-welt) und gefüttert mit feinem “Glove-Leather”. Dies ist ein sehr feiner und äusserst luxuriöser Schuh, absolut schlicht im Design. Insgesamt ein glamouröses Stück, das nicht so bald wiederzusehen sein wird. Ein idealer Schuh für “Town or Country”.

    9.5D US.....(UK 8.5 E).......Continental 42.5D, für den mittel-breiten Fuss.

    The great American shoemaker, Keith Highlander produced an excellent quality shoe in its day, similar to those of Hanover and Florsheim, they played an important part in the history of the American shoemaker.

    This vintage Full Brogue by Highlander is far superior in build and finish to most shoes on the market today. This is an indestructible, Goodyear welted shoe with additional storm welt (360 degree split-reverse-welt) and competes with America’s best and the armoured heel is comparable to Florsheim’s. The quality of the leather is remarkable and the patina suggests antique rosewood furniture….lovely.

    US 9.5D.......(UK 8.5 E).....(European 42.5D), for the medium-width foot.

    Shoe Condition:

    Modest wear to original bottoms.
