Those who know the firm will remember that New & Lingwood took over Poulsen, Skone & Co.  sometime in the 1970s but both firms continue today as individual operations with their own design departments, marketing departments, etc. This shoes is distinguished from the general stock in trade by being a fully bespoke-custom made shoe, bearing the label of the “new” Jermyn Street digs.

The model is in every way a classic, a basic in the gentleman’s wardrobe.  The cost today for such a hand-made shoe from this venerable shoemaker is in the thousands.

Shoe Condition:

Some trivial checking and imperfections commensurate with its age, otherwise fine. Fitted with new, non-slip, protective Vibram soles and new combination heels, and not worn since. Sold without trees but ask if your require custom fitted trees.
