This is an unusually elegant Kiltie Penny Loafer by an undisputed master shoemaker, beautifully finished in top quality brown velour Calfskin Suede.  The kiltie is derived from golf shoes, the protective flap over the laces, but here it is merely decorative and reminiscent of the sport. It does add a touch of charming complication to an already fully embellished shoe. The otherwise pedestrian penny loafer is elevated to new heights. This is everything you might want in one loafer and all that you might dare to wear.
