Santoni was founded by Andrea and Rosa Santoni in 1975 and today produces four quality lines, the “Classic” line (Blake Stiched) retailing between $600-900, their Goodyear welted line, selling for $1250 in December 2015, their “Fatte a Mano” line, now well over the $1500 and their “Signature” or “Limited Edition” line, entirely hand made and selling at $2000 or above.  The entire Santoni lne is a good choice for superbly made shoes, very durable, using finest quality leathers, precise detailing inside and out, and very pleasing styling, flattering to the foot without transgressing the limits of the classical. Among the best ready-made shoes from Italy.

The masterpiece shown here, in the finest grade of Shell Cordovan, is Goodyear welted into a closed channel and has the additional 360 degree Storm Welt (split reverse welt) that distinguishes the most robust construction. The stacked, non-slip, combination dove-tailed heels complement the painstaking craftsmanship.
