Euro 680The hides of Water Buffalo (or sub-Saharan Cape Buffalo, found in Southern and East Africa) have been used for generations in Africa, for ever manner of leather goods, favoured for their softness, easy workability and, at the same time, remarkable toughness. For us, of course, it is, as much, the beauty of the grain that attracts. It is certainly among the least frequently seen materials for shoes, approaching the comfort of Kidskin with even superior durability.
This plain-fronted, undecorated shoe, perfectly express the beauty of the lovely grain of the material. From the 1990s, it is also, perhaps, among the last shoes to be made of this material.

US 10.5D/E.....UK 9F......Continental 43-43,4D/E, for the medium to somewhat wider foot.
Condition
Superb, near new condition. Non-slip, protective rubber half soles have been added to the original soles.
