Euro 360This elegant single-sole Florsheim Oxford Full-Brogue stands in contrast to Florsheim’s much heavier Budapesters (Derbys). The overall appearance is more delicate and rather sleeker. My old clients have grown weary of hearing me extol the virtues of the vintage Florsheim Imperial Budapesters. This shoe is not to be compared to Florsheim’s ironclad Budapesters, nevertheless, it is a handsome business or daytime shoe in good quality high-polish Calfskin, quite similar in style although superior in build to Allen Edmond’s “McAllister”. A beautiful traditional model, very useful and a basic in the wardrobe. Both a practical and a representative shoe for the gentleman and nicely finished. Goodyear welted. This is one of the last in production before Florsheim closed its doors, the “Royal Imperial”.
