    Postage and Shipping

    Postage within the United States is a flat $14 (dollars) including insurance for all shoes, although some tall boots may be slightly more, and all are mailed from within the U.S. There is no customs duty to be paid.

    The cost of shipment is borne by the buyer, and unless noted in item description, typically Euro 18 within the European Union and Euro 28,10 to Asia and elsewhere. Extra heavy items, boots and the like, may be slightly more and that will be indicated in the text. The cost of insurance is included and every item is fully insured. I fully guarantee undamaged delivery.

    In the rare instance that a shoe you receive does not fit (or simply does not please), you are completely protected by my unconditional guarantee; replacement with the correct size (if available) or 100% money back. As a practical matter, historically less than 5% are returned, a better record than all retail shops.
